I'm glad you found my website! I'm a yoga teacher, health coach, and fitness trainer in Philadelphia, PA. I offer various group and individual classes to meet the needs of each person as an individual. I also offer coaching and workshops to assist you in attaining your health and fitness goals. I utilize coaching principles, learned from my background in counseling to assist clients in achieving integrated health by developing individual diet and fitness plans. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” I will instruct you to move from one pose to the next guided by the flow of your breath. This technique is also called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way you transition from one pose to the next; it feels just like a dance between your body and your breath!


Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient Japanese healing art that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. The energy of Reiki is an unseen "life-force energy" that surrounds, flows through, and connects all living things. Reiki is transferred from the practitioner to the client in a non-invasive form of hands-on healing.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching is designed to empower you to develop individual nutrition/fitness goals and work towards making them a reality in your life. Through health coaching activities you will develop a basic understanding of nutrition/fitness principles and how to use them to make positive health decisions. The goal of health coaching is to motivate you to develop the ability to make positive change in your life.
