Barre Classes

Barre combines the movements of yoga, ballet barre, and pilates to create a healthy and fit physical body.  A barre workout is a great compliment to a yoga practice and helps to cultivate muscular awareness and joint range of motion through working the body in all planes of movement.  Even if you don’t practice yoga, the tiny isometric movements of a barre workout will help you to achieve flexibility, greater joint range of motion, improved posture, and overall muscle tone.  Join me!
