Loss of core or pelvic floor strength, poor skin tone, diastasis recti, scarring, extra weight around the belly?  Do any of these issues sound familiar to you?  Do you feel lost about what to do about them because there’s so much conflicting information out there?  Not to mention, you now have to care for a newborn!  Let me help you…I have experience with all of these issues.

Postpartum Fitness Recovery Plan 

We’ll test for diastasis recti and then start with low impact pelvic floor and core exercises to help reconnect you to the proper way to activate these muscles.  Once these issues have been addressed, we’ll begin to increase the intensity of your workouts to include, walking (eventually progressing to running if you desire), yoga, barre, and strength training.  Additionally, we’ll work together on diet and eating for nutrient density rather than focusing on calorie counting.

Each series includes weekly individual 1-hour meetings (either in person or via Skype/phone) that will include individual tailored workouts, health coaching, and motivation.  You’ll also be provided with ongoing email and phone support whenever you may need it.
