That’s right, friends – yoga on a standup paddle board in the middle of a body of water (usually a lake)!  8351509E
There’s seriously nothing like taking your savasana (final relaxation) while floating on the water.  This practice is for the serious yogi, fitness enthusiast, or the outdoor adventurer alike…there’s something for everyone in this class!  You can deepen your practice by taking your balance and mind/body connection to the next level.  You can train your body in all planes of movement, while focusing on developing functional movement, or just come out and have some fun on the water!  The class starts out with a 15 minute paddle boarding warmup followed by an hour long class on your board.  But, don’t worry…your board will be anchored down while you practice; so even if you fall off, there’s nothing stopping you from getting right back on again.  Classes forming soon for summer 2015.  Check back often for class times/locations.
